ESN actively stimulates personal and professional development. There are many opportunities to grow within the company, both towards established Senior roles, but also towards positions that are tailored for the individual.

We believe in a tight and energetic team spirit. We promise a lot of fun at our company events, trips and theme lunches.

We are dedicated at what we do, but we also give a lot of time to recharge everyone's batteries. All employees at ESN are entitled to 30 days of paid vacation per year.

We are passionate about the things we develop, and a couple of times per year we really want to see what Planet achievements we have done during the past period. We then all take part in a 24 hour challenge to create great cutting edge applications in teams of 3-4 developers. The winners can collect some great prizes apart from the honor of winning!

We enjoy social activities and have great fun together. Every Friday we conclude the efforts of the past week with a couple of beers, usually with some great matches in our gaming room!


We meet informally in the large office kitchen to eat a great homemade breakfast and talk about just about anything including sharing any creative thoughts about our projects.



We love what we do and we love to excel at what we do. We always keep the latest key literature available for everyone to bring home in our office book shelf.

We play Floorball once a week. Humor, teamwork, cheering and a bit of prestige is in the air!

All employees receive a financial contribution to be spent on a gym card, massage, sport, or other activities that benefit a healthy lifestyle.

We are a group of motivated people that achieve a lot, so we just don’t tend to be very formal with financial reductions when one of us is sick for a few days.
